Santiago Solar

A leading solar park in the Metropolitan Region

The Santiago Solar photovoltaic park is located in the commune of Til Til, Metropolitan Region of Chile. It has a total installed capacity of 115 MW, distributed among the 360,000 panels that the park has.

Since it began operating in January 2018, the plant has avoided the emission of approximately 82,000 tons of CO2 per year, which is equivalent to the carbon dioxide that would have been absorbed by nearly 550,000 trees. AME is one of the creators of this project and today its shareholder, alongside EDF.
